São José spot

Está bien localizado y la calle es tranquila. Nos dejaron unas botellas de agua como bienvenida. Tuvimos un problema con el check-in y la dueña nos lo resolvió enseguida. Es bastante espacioso y relativamente cómodo.

Echamos en falta algunos elementos en la cocina como tijeras, batidora... La cama era un poco incómoda, el colchón se notaba usado.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Apartment ist geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Lissabon gut.

Als wir ankamen, war das Apartment nicht gereinigt, es gab wohl ein Missverständnis mit dem Dienstleister. Die Vermieterin hat sich aber zügig darum gekümmert und ein paar Stunden später konnten wir einziehen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken sind rissig, die Klinke fällt ständig von der Badezimmertür und in der Dusche sah es nach Schimmel aus. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Selbst wenn man in den den anderen Zimmern die Fenster öffnet, ist das Bad nicht trocken zu bekommen. Die Feuchtigkeit breitet sich dadurch auch im Rest der Wohnung aus und es ist überall etwas klamm.

Дуже простора квартира зі всіма зручностями. Ми пробули там 10 днів і почували себе просто прекрасно.Розташування теж ідеальне.Прямо за сусідніми дверима маленький магазинчик,неподалік маркет Алді.А в 3 хвилинах ходьби починається супер туристична вулиця з десятками прекрасних ресторанчиків на різний смак.

Були зламана ручка у ванну і на кухні на вікні.Але це ніякого дискомфорту не принесло.Просто пишу,як нагадування,що це варто виправити💜

the location is wonderful and the apartment was perfect in size for us and our daughter

when we arrived the apartment was not cleaned yet. it was possible to call the contact person who was very helpful and told us that the cleaning will be done shortly. after 3,5hrs later we received a text that the apartment is now clean (that was at 6:30pm) our daughter (6) was very disappointed and couldn’t understand why all beds are undone and the garbage bag is standing in the kitchen surrounded by bottles.. to calm her down we took a tuk tuk tour for 2hrs which helped making her happy again :) the apartment would need some maintenance - the kitchen doors fall off when opened, the bathroom door can’t be shut, the coffee maker is leaking….
