Penthouse with a view in the centre

The location is amazing - right in the city centre! The apartment was clean and was very nice. The communication was fast and efficient. You can go to the airport comfortably by bus or metro.

There is a fish restaurant on the ground floor of the building so you can sometimes smell the odours from the kitchen.

The stairs is the greatest inconvenience, very difficult to climb, the washroom was a bit clustered

Centrally located in downtown Lisbon

First, there’s no air conditioning!! The management told us to leave the windows opened…this would create a draft…bringing in cool air at night. Well, it was also bringing in all of the downtown city noises and the flies and odours from the outdoor restaurant located just in front of the building. We were told that there’s a fan…yes there was only one fan for 3 rooms…To sum it up, we could barely sleep in this apartment cause it was too hot , too noisy, and too much smell coming from the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely invite the management to come and spend a night here on a hot day in the summer on a Thursday or Friday night… Second, there’s no elevator! You’ll have to carry your luggage up 4 floors. That’s a total of 80 steps up. Third, the bathroom…omg…a small bathtub with a homemade shower curtain railing. The space is so small that the curtain would stick to your back when you shower. And how about the water? Sometimes it would take a few minutes for the hot water to come , and it would alternate a few times between hot and cold for no reason. And the sink…it was partially blocked so we had to be careful. I have more things to add but I’ll just keep them to myself.
