The location was perfect, very close to the metro, restaurants and local cafes. The apartment and the building has a lot of charm and character. Claude was an excellent host and very responsive, which made it easy to access the building and answer any questions.
Slight ant issue in the bedroom and living room, which I shared with the host. I'm sure Claude would handle promptly.

Sehr gute Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und sauber.
Einfache Ausstattung. Das vom Vermieter bevorzugte Nuki-Schließsystem funktioniert nicht zuverlässig und selbsterklärend. Man bekommt alternativ wenigstens einen Schlüssel. Die Dusche müsste mal saniert werden. Die Wohnung lag im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug, das Treppenhaus ist eng und von Wasserschäden durchzogen.
