This place is exactly what it'says on the box'...it is a cheap place to stay near the airport if you are arriving late or leaving early. About a 15-20min walk to the terminal. Limited food options in the area which is not particularly (and not at all reminiscent of Venice).
(our fault) we didn't realise it was shared bathrooms

Not very clean

Great location, very easily walkable for early flights. Gianluca is hospitable and welcoming, he even gave us a larger room when we told him what time we were leaving.
Honestly nothing

We were close to airport with a 20 euro taxi ride at 3am. Fresh bottle water and snacks available by host
Breakfast was not included. Stairs between ground floor and bedroom made it hard to bring up heavy suitcases. No airconditioning in bedroom with only a portable fan to keep cool.
