Incredibly convenient to the airport. Air conditioning saved us during horrific heat wave. The owner is one of the nicest people we have ever met.
Furniture and bedding is low quality. Breakfast was not great quality but it was very nice to have something waiting to start the day.

Close to the Airport as was on way home from Cortina
Having Air Con and the Fridge was great as most places don’t have these.
There only being one main Bathroom and the room not having on suits.
But that was not a show stopper,

Convenient location for a quick overnight stay before going to airport.
Difficult check in process with slow response from owners/staff. Room didn’t have towels, although they finally brought us some. Window was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable.
