    Probably user error, but it was quite chilly and I couldn’t get the thermostat to work for a warmer temperature. (It was late at night, and I was in a separate building so I didn’t try to contact the desk.) It was clean and safe and had a tea kettle. I might just choose a bit nicer place next time.

    Travel in Venice is not easy and not cheap. This said, being located a few-minute walk from the bus line that goes directly into Venice is great! And the airport is close enough that I walked from it to the hotel upon arrival AND then back again for departure. The highlight of my experience at this hotel was Emma. Emma's territory is the dining room. She's the perfect example of a "tough" host who is a great person and who great work. Listen to her, do as she says lol! The food and coffee are simple but delicious, and she personally chooses and stocks all of the food.

    This hotel they call it resort and it's nothing to do with resort. I would give it one star only. Very bad experience. I wouldn't pay more than *** Euro per night, while they charge me *** Euro. I don't recommend it at all

    I don’t normally provide reviews if everything goes fair, but this was not. In fairness, my room was clean and decent, although neither the heat nor air conditioning worked. Warning this could be you if you use this hotel or worse Do not trust this hotel's services or their "customer support." I prepaid 15 Euros at the front desk for a critical 03:45 AM airport transfer to catch my flight. They deliberately mislead by stating in their literature the airport is approximately 20 minutes away, when in fact it is only 3-5 minutes by car and 20 minutes if you walked. You can easily verify this fact yourself via google maps. 15 Euros for 3-5 minute transport is a scam. For me, the driver was not there at the agreed scheduled time and arrived late, causing immediate panic. To make matters worse, they didn't even drop me off at the departure terminal. The driver dumped me over 100 meters away, forcing me to haul my heavy luggage on foot through the dark. It is normal and customary to drop passengers off at airport departures, if you use this hotel, they will likely offer unsatisfactory service and will be unaccountable for extremely poor service they provide. It is obvious they simply do not care about providing a decent service. I almost missed my flight due to their incompetence.When I complained, the staff claimed the manager was out until Tuesday but promised an update. That did not come. I followed up politely, but both the staff and management have completely ghosted me. They took my money, failed to provide the service, and are now refusing to respond or issue a refund. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
