Centrally located in East Beach and close to the beach (150 yards), this charming first-floor, one-bedroom villa is ideal for your next retreat. 4250 Mariner's Watch Villa has a screened porch that overlooks the beautiful lagoon view. Improvements include tiled flooring, updated appliances, new cabinets in the kitchen, and granite countertops in the bath. There are two TVs and free WiFi throughout the home. The property has a King-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four guests. The family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.
This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Condo is a great location to the beach, 2-minute walk away. Clean and bug free condo which is sometimes hard to find being so close to the beach with the humidity. Comfortable bed and great amenities.

We stayed in Mariner's Watch for a friend's wedding. It was a wonderful stay in Kiawah. The condo was exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway. If you are planning to go to the beach and want chairs, I would rent them or bring your own. All in all, a great stay.
