This home is part of the gated Inlet Cove community that abuts the Kiawah River, where you'll be an easy walk or bike ride from the beach, the general store, an assortment of activities, bike trails, and shopping and dining in West Beach Village. Upon entering Kiawah Island, the neighborhood is the first gated community, making it conveniently close to Freshfields Village for dining and shopping two miles northwest. For a memorable day trip, hop in the car and take the 25-mile drive into downtown Charleston to explore all the fascinating history and delicious cuisine the city offers.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The location of the home was great, easy to get to the beach and the pool. It was also well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The furnishings are updated and comfortable. The pet odor and cleaning needs improvement. I sent a message to Vacasa and I was told someone from the local office would reach out to me regarding my concerns but I never heard from anyone. Given the lengthy rules for the home and Kiawah I would have expected better follow up but overall we had a lovely stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Community gate and pool access issue due to incorrect code being given. Vacasa difficult to get through to customer service.
