About this villa rental
Take in the morning sunrise from your own deck overlooking a lagoon filled with wildlife including fish, turtles, gulls, herons and the occasional alligator. The corner villa not only has expansive views of the lagoon but also a large grassy area to the front and side where children can play games and animals can run.
The two bedroom villa (one king, two twins) has newer hardwood floors. The master bedroom overlooks the lagoon. Flat screen televisions are in each bedroom and living room. The living room has a pull out queen sofa bed. The fully stocked kitchen has all the cooking tools you have at home including blender, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, knives, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, measuring utensils, etc.
Enjoy local seafood at the dining table inside or from the enclosed screened patio which has a dining table with room for six adults. Couples can enjoy their meals or morning coffee from the bistro table on the open deck overlooking the lagoon.
If you have children, there is a pack and play and booster seat.
For the unfortunate bad weather days you can still enjoy your time in the villa with an assortment of books, games and wireless internet. You will also find a binder full of information on the island, Charleston, area restaurants and places of interest.
Leave your worries and big suitcases at home as all linens including sheets, and towels are provided.
Bring the provided beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, bocce ball set, discs for disc golf, beach cart or wagon down to the beach, only a five minute walk away.

Most of the stay was nice. However when we arrived at 5pm and check in is at 4pm, there was someone in the villa still doing laundry. This was not communicated to us in advance and was unsettling to my fiancee when she walked to the villa and found the door ajar and a man inside. He had no uniform, so we were unaware of who he was. The front door could also use a little TLC. It is hard to close when going out and i wasnt sure if it was closed well. Everything else with the condo was incredible and overall enjoyed our stay.

We brought our teen daughters and their friends and had a great time! I was able to cook most of our meals. We loved using the binoculars and seeing deer, birds and a few alligators! The master bed is so comfy! We walked around the island and enjoyed food and drinks from the nest. The kids loved the basketball and soccer fields. You really have no reason to leave the area. It was relaxing and we made wonderful memories! Thank you!

Linda was an amazing host, she called us prior to our trip to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. She offered suggestions of local places. The villas are simply dreamy. The king bed was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The decor was inviting and the view, that view was everything
