This gorgeous villa is located in the Windswept building, which is one of the most sought after complexes here on Kiawah Island! Take a peek at the beautiful ocean views that can be seen right from the balcony which has a full dining set where meals can be enjoyed. The home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation and a washer & dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Shared tennis courts can be found on-site as well as a playground for the kids!

Located close to just about everything you may need during your stay, you'll find the beach right nearby as well as golf, tennis and The Sanctuary. Less than a mile away, you'll find a variety of dining options as well as some local attractions such as the Heron Park Nature Center. Kiawah is internationally known for its golfing scene, so if you're an avid golfer, make sure to visit the Oak Point Golf Course (six miles northwest) or the Ocean Course (seven miles east). Beachwalker County Park's public beach is one you must visit and there you can use the on-site amenities, including grills, a seasonal snack bar, umbrellas, and more! It's located three miles west.

The condo was a one minute walk to the beach and it was well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. It was very clean!

We were happy with the accommodations. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for us. My only comment would be the mattress on the pull out couch is very uncomfortable. The springs are taking over.

I needed an affordable alternative to the Sanctuary, so this was perfect to just have a place to sleep and take a shower. If you stay here, you should like steps because there are about 46 of them to get to the front door! It's dated, but it was just fine.
