Nice practical place. New appliance incl. w/d. New bedroom. Comfortable bed. Good closet space. Sofa very comfortable w nice pillows. Quite location.

Light in the bathroom is too dim. Reading light on both bedsides would be nice. It could be more updates overall. New kitchen furniture for instance. Missed seating cushions on dining set on patio.
