The guesthouse exceeded our expectations in many ways. The host was wonderfully friendly and good fun – even more so if you have some Georgian or Russian. The breakfast was freshly prepared each day for the guests and was really superb (though note that it began only at 09:00). There is also a roof terrace with excellent views across Kutaisi. The centre of town is just around the corner.
Our shared bath- and shower room was located next to a common room and landing, but the shower itself was very good. The aesthetic is rather dated and perhaps not for everyone, but we found it charming and homely.

AC, friendly host and lovely breakfast.
No light in the room and plugs weren’t working. Toilet is one for many rooms so you have to wait. The lady doesn’t speak English and you need cash.
