Excellent location. Nice people. Furniture is old, but didn’t bother me.
Shared bathroom is bit inconvenient, but come on, for that price it’s the best place in town.

I simply love this place! I have already stayed there before and will stay again. I like the vibe of the house. Location is excellent. Hosts are great. Communication is smooth, and they are very flexible and ready to help. This time I had breakfast included, and it was very good, prepared on the spot just for me, with no time limits (I traveled whole day before, so I slept until 11).

Very friendly host let me to leave my luggage at the accommodation already at 14.00, so I could go to discover the city. Check-in was possible at 16.00 when the room was ready after cleaning. There is a cute terrace in the second floor with nice view at the city centre. Room itself was oldschool but very cute.
Bathroom didn’t look very fresh, but nothing horrible.

On walking distance of the center of Kutaisi. Good breakfast, enough to eat. We arrived at 3 am and the host was still awake to welcome us. Good value for money besides the ‘negative points’.
Only instant coffee. We left at early, it was not possible to get a breakfast that early. For us no problem, but good to know when you expect an early breakfast. Floors and beds are very noisy.
