The area felt a little dodgy on first arriving but once we were settled it was very quiet and comfortable.

The stay was absolutely perfect our host was awesomely kind and helpful. We have been told what places should we visit and which to avoid. It was half hour from the city center by foot. However in split is pretty good public transport or you can take cheap uber. Would recommend and visit again.

Perfectly clean, air conditioning works very well. Good price.

The boiler doesn't work for the last 3 days (no quickly repair and no any kind of assistance), there is no private parking and the apartment isn't near the city center and good beaches
