La climatisation, la qualité des équipements, la sécurisation de l’appartement, la décoration très moderne, le confort, les petits plus tels que la lessive, le poivre, les pâtes et le transfert organisé vers l’aéroport. Aucun bruit dans l’appartement, c’est très appréciable et proche de la mer et d’un supermarché.
L’entrée de l’appartement n’est pas facile à trouver et il se situe au rez de chaussée d’une grande tour, en tant que français ça peut surprendre mais RAS tout est très sécurisé, double porte, plusieurs codes à entrer etc, et le quartier est très calme contrairement aux appréhensions qu’on peut avoir
