Apartman Gabi- New , 5 min walk from Diocletian s palace

We had a fantastic stay at Gabi Apartment in Split. The apartment has a beautifully renovated, modern interior and is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the Old Town. The apartment felt very safe and secure, with secure entry to the building, solid doors, and exterior shutters. The shutters and double-glazed windows made the bedrooms exceptionally quiet and dark, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus while travelling. Each room had its own air conditioner, which kept the apartment cool and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Gabi Apartment to anyone visiting Split and would happily stay here again.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the apartment. If we had to suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be to provide an espresso pod coffee machine and a bottle of chilled water in the fridge for arriving guests, especially during the hot summer months. The apartment is also in a great location, within easy walking distance to transport, local shops and restaurants. These are only minor suggestions and didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

Very impressed. Great location & impeccably clean. The owners had thought of everything that you might need for your stay from beach towels to umbrellas to borrow.

We stayed in 6 different apartments while visiting Croatia. A few we were dissappointed in because they were much smaller than made to seem in their pictures on booking.com. Not this one. It was very large and spacious. Very clean. Good laundry set up. Walking distance to Diocletian's Palace and the rest of Old Town. The owner's son met us with the keys and showed us the place when we first arrived. Good coordination for that. Easy to find, which wasn't always the case with other places we stayed.

Occasionally could hear a neighbor stomping around at night.
