Дуже просторі апартаменти. Є все необхідне для проживання. В апартаментах чисто та все продумано до дрібниць. До пляжу žnjan пішки 5 хв, до найближчого магазину (victa) 2хв. До супермаркетів (kaufland чи tommy) 12хв пішки. Також близько різні бари/кавʼярні та пекарня. У квартирі немає вікон, лише великі двері, але світла з них достатньо. Також дуже багато різних світильників, тому проблем не було жодних. Є маленький дворик з тінню цілий день. Автобусна зупинка за 5 хвилин ходьби, звідти дуже легко добратися у старе місто(8 та 15 маршрути).
З мінусів лише парковка, інколи доводилось чекати 20хв на місце біля будинку. Але трохи вище по вулиці є майданчик, схоже що безкоштовний.
