What a beautiful apartment!
Really tastefully decorated, super clean and lots of space.
The bedrooms were a really decent size and the kitchen well stocked with equipment for doing meals at home - including a dishwasher with tablets provided, making light work of any dishes! There was also a small laundry room in the apartment, and space to hand/dry clothes if you wanted to do a wash while you were away. Washing tablets were provided.
Towels for the bathroom were provided, including bathrobes, as well as towels for the pool.
The apartment was really secure, with automatic door locking and codes to get in - meaning you felt really safe.
There was a large garage, with lots of parking, if you wanted to hire a car - also a really safe parking area.
A selection of gym equipment was also available to use down in the garage, as well as mini-football nets.
The pool area was clean and quiet - with continued views of the sea - and got the sun all day long. We saw the pool being cleaned at least 3 times during our stay (6 days).
The views of the sea were amazing and we were able to watch dolphins go past in the morning.
The location was really lovely - with some trendy bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There was a little supermarket not far away (5 min walk) and lots for the children to do (parks, volley ball pit, basketball court, football courts).
The host (Ana) was super friendly and responsive and was there to greet us when we arrived.
She was available through the booking.com app and what’s app, and sent over lots of useful information about things to do, places to eat, etc…
There was a bus stop right outside the property, but an Uber proved to be the best way to get around (HINT: the first few journeys to the centre took us to the green market, but a parking fee for the Riva was added on [€4], so we had the taxi drop is at the north gate from then on [near the statue of Grgur Ninski] and that stopped the extra fee).

The host, Ana, waited until after midnight to welcome us as our flight was delayed. She provided us with a map and detailed instructions of attractions, restaurants and amenities within the city including information about boat trips, car hire etc. She was most helpful, available on what's app throughout our stay and even gifted us with bread and wine as it was Easter!!!
The apartment was very well resourced with supplies such as soap, teabags, teatowels etc. provided. It has AC, underfloor heating, a balcony, a pool and just about any amenity you could possibly require. The apartment is in a good location and is just a 2 minute walk from the beach with beach views as well. We were also allowed the opportunity to store luggage at reception after checl out.
I highly recommend staying at this location, and I look forward to returning to Croatia again soon.

We arrived to the property to check in at midnight and were met by the extremely helpful staff to assist with check in. At check in we were provided with a map of split and given some recommendations of things to do and places to see. The apartment was very large, clean and had excellent amenities. The view out across the ocean was stunning. We had this view from the bedroom, lounge room and balcony. This also had beautiful sunset views in the evenings. There are some great restaurants close by within walking distance on the foreshore. This is a newly developed area with beaches and a lovely path to walk along the ocean front too.
Ubers have trouble finding the property however if you take the short walk down the stairs to the road on the foreshore there is no issue
