A fantastic apartment with stunning ocean views. Highly recommend

We arrived to the property to check in at midnight and were met by the extremely helpful staff to assist with check in. At check in we were provided with a map of split and given some recommendations of things to do and places to see. The apartment was very large, clean and had excellent amenities. The view out across the ocean was stunning. We had this view from the bedroom, lounge room and balcony. This also had beautiful sunset views in the evenings. There are some great restaurants close by within walking distance on the foreshore. This is a newly developed area with beaches and a lovely path to walk along the ocean front too.

Ubers have trouble finding the property however if you take the short walk down the stairs to the road on the foreshore there is no issue

Amazing stay and would definitely return; we were sad to leave!

Host Ana was fantastic. Great communication, welcomed us to the property and gave us great recommendations of places to visit, gave us a room upgrade which was not expected and really made the stay amazing. The location is great in a really family orientated and lovely area, close to shops and restaurants. They have thought of everything and there is all you could want in the flat.

There was a tiny bit of mould on one of the baths but that could be easily fixed. Honestly we were sad to leave!

This property felt like a hidden gem and was the perfect getaway for me and my wife. The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and helped us get from the airport to the apartment with ease! It is only a short drive away from Split Old Town, and it does not come with all of the hustle and bustle, which really made this the exact type of vacation we needed! We stayed in the last week of September at the back end of the season, the views were great, the weather fantastic, and most importantly we really felt welcome into the area.

Lovely apartment in a great location overlooking the bay, the beach, and the new promenade that has been built there. We had a ground floor apartment with its own large terrace and sun loungers as well as a shaded seating area with table and lounging area. The place was clean and modern with everything we could want and the cold water and wine in the fridge on arrival was really appreciated. There are nice bars and restaurants within an easy walk along the promenade and a couple of small supermarkets about 5-10 mins walk where you can stock up with essentials like beer & wine. Getting to old town is about 45-60 minutes walk along the sea front or a 10 minute drive. Although we had a car, we got an Uber as it only cost around £6 and we didn't have to faf with parking nor worry about having an drink with dinner. Ana was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. Even though we arrived very late due our flight being delayed she took the time to thoroughly go through everything with us and showing us places to go on a map, etc. if you read this review Ana I'd like to say thank you again to you. We will definitely be back for a longer visit.

Fantastic

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was right by the seafront. We were able to get Ubers easily to take us everywhere. Ana showed us around and was really helpful and friendly

The only downside was the noise from the apartment upstairs at night, but it didn’t really bother us.

The location is surrounded by an area under development. There are half finished houses and construction sites surrounding the property. Beach is close but you have to walk down and then back up many steps (not very safe with a child on one hand). The promenade by the sea will be great, but that is also still a construction site, albeit more finished.

The flat was perfectly designed. Everything thought of. Beautiful views. Tastefully designed. Wonderful pool / patio. Fantastic location for the beach, groceries and the bus into Split.

Beautiful apartments with fabulous management

The apartment was very modern and secure, with a great supply of equipment and sundry supplies. Bedrooms and shower rooms were large and comfortable. Outside the pool area was very well maintained, with housekeeping ensuring the pool and terrace area was perfect. The only thing to outshine the facility was the host management. Ana meet us and took us through the facility, providing a great guide of how to move around and what to expect and places to try and visit. She was always on call and easily reachable throughout our stay. Located in an area under new development, so everything is shiney new. Unquestionably a very good first experience of Croatian hospitality.

Pebbled beach directly opposite …… but that’s to be expected. Beaches were immaculate and the sea was fabulous.

Such a spacious apartment and stunning views with a giant patio and pool! Loved the laundry in the apartment too. We loved the special touches and the generous bottle of wine and tips to see the city.

Just minor things - would have liked the option to order cleaning service, would have liked to have soap in the bathroom and possibly ziplocks to take a packed lunch for when guests spend the whole day out.

close to the beach, wonderful place to relax in Split

Loved the host, Ana let us un the building and walked us throughout to make sure we knew where everything was. arrived early and they were able to accommodate us to get the room ready early which originally we thought we would just hang out by the pool for a bit but it was nice getting that early accommodation. very close to the beach which was amazing. spent our entire trip in downtown areas so being a bit in the outskirts of downtown was a exactly what we were looking for, relaxation and drinks by the pool.

Great layout. Modern, clean and comfortable. Loved the fact it had en-suites to both bedrooms. Keyless entry but secure. Shutters and air con were great. The property manager was extremely helpful. Advising on reccomendations of restaurants, bars and car hire. She arranged pick up and drop off to airport. Highly recommended staying in the Eol apartments.

We loved everything about the property. The area is developing so limited facilities local to the property - ie bars and restaurants at present but this will change.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views and comfy beds.

Ana was so lovely and welcoming. She showed us to our apartment and told us everything we needed to know, including things to visit and places to eat. She was so friendly and helpful during our entire trip. The pool was brilliant and the apartment was extremely clean, with everything we needed to cook.

The safe didn't have a key so we couldn’t use it.

Very nice apartment, close to a very nice beach area with playground for kids among other things.

It was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It is not in the center of town but it took us only 30 min biking into the center of Split. There are bike rental stands down at the beach just a few min walk from the apartment. The beach area is very nice and then there is also a pool on the premises. All very nice and clean.

A lovely apartment in an up and coming area

The apartment was spacious and clean. Ana was very welcoming and had an extensive list of recommendations.

There is so much construction going on around the apartment that you have to walk through multiple building sites to get anywhere on foot which is such a shame. We were not made aware of this when booking. In a year or so, this will be an ideal location but at the moment there isn’t much nearby.

Very complete apartment with friendly staff and a great sundeck.

Very specious apartment with all you need to stay multiple days. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and deck is positioned perfectly which has the entire day of sunshine. Underground parking available to have a cool and clean car throughout the stay. Overall great experience and would recommend to book when looking for a relaxed holiday close enough to the city center (10-15min with a 5 EUR Uber)

Fabulous apartment but a long way out

Fabulous, modern apartment much bigger than we thought with lovely pool area

In a building site about 6km from town, we got the hang of uber but no bars or restaurants nearby, supermarket shut on Sunday. Bit too far out for us!

Super apartment, Super Host Excellent location.

The host was super nice and super helpful. I did not see any host do this in my past experience. She came out and guided us all the way and explained everything about the apartment and Bonus - Gave us a free wine bottle.

Beach was under construction, but it did not matter as water was cold of the to do any beach activities.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment - it was so nice, clean and comfortable! Very spacious living room, with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a nice private patio where we could sip our wines and enjoy the sea view. Kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and all the basic utensils, pots and pans. It allowed us to cook our own breakfast/dinners. Owner was very nice to come immediately to change the battery of the remote when we reported that we couldn’t switch on the ceiling fan. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

The air conditioning did not allow us to set below 21 degree Celsius. Luckily weather was still cool enough, we could open the windows/doors to cool the rooms, though that means there might be bugs or mozzies coming in.

The people that owns a property has two mostly involved they tried to tell us how to have a holiday what places to go what places to see told us we cannot drink on holiday to the owners for 10 minutes they told me I need help the judge me without knowing me they are too emotionally involved with their property kept letting their selves in when they wanted to Not use the swimming pool because they’re looking at those every minute like we’re doing something wrong really did not enjoy my holiday because of these people we left Apartment one day early because of this ridiculous

the pool was listed as "heated pool" but it was not - its unnecessary to put "heated" when the pool was just a nice but normal pool. construction on the beach by the seaside was unexpected. I wish the host would have warned us.

Spacious apartment with amazing staff.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and our room with direct access to the pool was perfect for our young family. The apartment was well stocked and modern, and we were very comfortable there. The location was great - a short 5min/€5 taxi into town or a longer walk. There is a small beach nearby too! The staff were amazing - so helpful in answering any of our questions and providing much appreciate advice on places to eat and things to do. We had a great stay.

Everything was great - the only thing that would make it better would be perhaps some milk/small snacks on arrival at weekend as we struggled to find a supermarket open on a Sunday.

Relaxing time with beach view!

It was very nice the Apartment and the service, the pool and the staff.

The location is not so attraktiv. beach is under construction and nearly no small Restaurants apart from the big hotels. The construction at the beach was loud. I guess when they are finished then it will be nice. Since the water is really clean and nice.

Lovely, clean, modern apartments. Amazing sea view and right next to the beach! Owners were super organised and friendly - we are very grateful for all the recommendations they gave and how reliable they were to contact!

The only downside was the lack of restaurants and bars close by. However, the walk to into the centre of Split was around 45 minutes with majority of the walk being sea-view which made it go quickly. Ubers were also very cheap and reliable and took less than 10 minutes to get into Split from the apartments.

Apartments were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Easy to contact staff via what’s app. Great advice and recommendations via what’s app when you arrived.

The pool needed to be cleaned as the liner was quite dirty and slimy. There were no umbrellas around the pool. No staff presents. Maybe a little too far from split town.

Very relaxing, very comfortable

Lovely apartment, very well equipped. Everything new and comfortable. We were able to keep cool in the apartment which was great given the outside temperature. Lovely view and balcony. Nice large beds. Very easy access to the beach
