Sky Pool Penthouse with a huge heated private pool

Super schönes Appartment. Die Übergabe und alle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich gut und wir konnte ihn sogar bei schlechterem Wetter nutzen.

Beautiful, newly built, penthouse apartment, with an incredibly spacious wrap-around deck, and a really good-sized swimming pool. Host incredibly helpful. Provided lots of information and made the whole process very easy. Nice seafood restaurant, Konoba Nikola, a 10-15min walk away, with Stobreč beach a further 5 mins down the hill. Two supermarkets within 5 min walk. Location is out of central Split, which may bother some people, however, we much preferred this apartment to the more central hotel we stayed at in our previous visit to Split. So much space, an amazing pool and deck to ourselves. It only cost €10 in an Uber to the city centre, so between 5 people the cost was minimal vs. the quality of the space we got being further out.

The apartment is located next to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise. However, when you are on the deck, you cannot see the road. The deck has several old olive trees which make it a nice place to sit and relax. When you drop the shutters at night the apartment is very peaceful.

L’Attico Sky Pool è la vera incarnazione del lusso! La vista spettacolare sul mare dalla terrazza enorme e l’incredibile piscina non hanno prezzo.Tutto è nuovissimo, arredato in stile moderno e con molto gusto. La sensazione di privacy è davvero speciale. Mi son divertito tanto e consiglio vivamente questa esperienza di lusso con vista! io e i miei amici siamo stati benisimo
