Sky Pool Penthouse with a huge heated private pool

• A very large swimming pool, which was a great advantage during hot afternoons. • Convenient access to shops, including Lidl.

• The location is quite far from the city centre – around 20 minutes by car. • The immediate surroundings are rather undeveloped and noisy, with busy roads clearly visible and audible from the terrace and pool area. • The bedrooms are very small. • The living area feels cluttered with too much furniture, including several sofas and armchairs, which reduces the usable space. • The service and responsiveness of the property manager could be significantly improved. When the garage remote stopped working, no replacement was provided for two days, so I had to find a solution myself. • When I asked for a recommendation for a local market, the manager simply suggested going to Lidl, which was not particularly helpful.

Super schönes Appartment. Die Übergabe und alle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich gut und wir konnte ihn sogar bei schlechterem Wetter nutzen.
