Pleasent stay and awesome host

Deposit problems
Pool, cleanliness and location were fantastic. Andrea the manager was also very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was excellent — clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. I truly enjoyed my stay and would have gladly recommended it. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the handling of the security deposit. After check-out, the property owner withheld €300 for damage to a window shutter that my friends and I did not cause. We raised our concerns and explained the situation, but the amount was still retained. This was deeply disappointing. While the property is lovely, I would advise future guests to be cautious regarding the deposit policy.

The apartment is the worst place, we have ever stayed due to mosquitos and the attitude from the host. They offered us polyester linens and winter blankets in the middle of July. The area is quite strange and the host asked for extra money for parking. We didn't feel safe. There was just one air conditioner, which is not working properly and very insufficient for the entire apartment. The host was very impolite.

Savršeno
Sve je bilo savršeno. Na pješackoj udaljenosti sve od ducana,kafica,restorana,ducana...bazen,tišina okolo kuce mir. Uživali smo i sigurno cemo se vratiti ponovo. Andrea simpatična cura uvijek dostupna za sve. Depozit uredno vracen pri odlasku.

Détente et confort durant tout le long du séjour.
Établissement très spacieux, moderne et très joli. Très confortable. Supermarché à 5-10 minutes à pied. Présence d’une gare au bout de la rue avec des passages de train fréquents. La villa et le jardin sont très bien entretenus tout comme la piscine.
La quantité d’ustensiles de cuisine insuffisante. Situé dans une zone industrielle. Loin du centre-ville et de la plage. Il n’y a qu’un seul jeu de clés alors qu’il y a deux portes d’entrée différentes pour le rez-de-chaussée et l’étage. Les portes d’entrée ne possèdent pas de poignée et ne s’ouvre donc pas de l’extérieur.
