Location is 110% - modern, clean & quiet but bed was terrible in the studio suite

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Split. Quiet, easy to navigate & amongst the best cafes. The communication is top-notch and the suite itself is very modern with many extras (ice maker) and toiletries including toothbrushes - next level. Coffee maker and streaming tv services. The street was quiet and the room was so peaceful. Automatic lighting and electric key fob.

Booking.com and the suite itself did not match so we were initially disappointed in the studio. There is no sitting area - or second bed just a bed and small dining table with chairs. The hostess was very apologetic and messaged Booking to fix this immediately. This would have been top score had it not been for the bed. We didn’t get a decent nights rest simply because this bed was a memory foam(?) and we sunk into it like a bowl and then were stuck (we’re normal sized people 😂) Also, of note - perhaps an idea for a hallway sign - the common stair area is very audible & one night, the other guests had a spat in the hall & startled us as we were dozing. Not the host’s fault by any means - just a note for awareness.

To feel home in Split!

Everything!! House is so nice renovated, you feel love invested in renovation - as we heard, it is family house renovated by owners, who lived/grew up there. Modern comfort in historic house. We enjoyed terrace - even we had really hot weather, at the evening was nice to sit there enjoying peacefull atmosphere close to city centre. Bathroom is a big dream, amazing shower, enough space...!!! We felt in love with this house, with the terrace, with Split;). We wish house Olenta only happy guests!

Some wooden cutting board would help in the kitchen and would make also warmer atmosphere;). Also small table by couch would be great. But these are small notices;). We loved this house!

Hochwertiger Wohnkomfort in idealer Altstadtlage

Für einen 3 Wochen-Aufenthalt in Split haben wir (2 Pers.), eine komfortable Unterkunft gesucht und den perfekten Standort gefunden: House Olenta, in einer ruhigen Altstadtgasse gelegen - nur wenige Gehminuten von der Riva und den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Dieses großzügig konzipierte Apartment (85qm - parterre) überzeugt durch seine hochwertige Einrichtung. Die hervorragende Ausstattung ist bis in alle Details komplett professionell durchdacht - incl. 2 Schlafzimmer + Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich, Zusatz-WC, intern. Satelliten-TV-Angebot, vielfältige Küchen- und Hygieneartikel, großzügige Anzahl von Badetüchern, regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Der gesamte Wohn- und Badbereich ist mit Marmorfliesen incl. Bodenheizung ausgelegt. Wir wurden vom ersten Schritt an als willkommene Gäste wahrgenommen und fühlten uns von Beginn an wie Zuhause. Der Check-In lief absolut reibungslos ab. Bei Bedarf war Toni, Manager und Familienmitglied der Eigentümer-Familie, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert in allen Belangen jederzeit für uns erreichbar. House Olenta ist ein idealer Platz auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Split für bis zu fünf Personen.

Une pepite luxueuse au coeur du split historique. Hote sympa et reactif.

Superbe appartement tres bien equipe. Decoration soignee et haut de gamme. Terrasse magnifique. Tout est a la hauteur d une suite d un hotel cinq etoiles. Super accueil motard et hote disponible et reactif. En plein coeur du centre historique de la vieille ville mais au calme . Tous les commerces necessaires a pied.

Logement moderne, proche du centre

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du palais de Dioclétien et de la Riva. Il est spacieux, bien aménagé et rénové avec goût. On y trouve tous les petits essentiels qu’on attend parfois en hôtel, et même plus ! L’accueil a été sympathique, avec un vrai plus : les bagages gardés avant le check-in et montés dans l’appartement une fois prêt.

La cuisine est pratique, mais un micro-ondes ou un petit four serait utile pour réchauffer facilement les plats. Les peignoirs fournis sont vraiment petits ! J’ai envoyé un message pour prévenir que nous partions, sans réponse, et il n’y a pas eu d’échange direct, ce qui manquait un peu de chaleur humaine. Un message automatique de remerciement est arrivé après.
