Perla Luxury Apartment

Spacious very clean and well equipped

Location was in a residential area although fairly quiet and not too far from Split by taxi. This is not a reflection on the property itself which is really nice

Davorka creates a home away from home . It was the best equipped residence we've stayed at on a month long road trip. The apartment is minutes from the sea and we actually walked from the apartment to Split old town, along a route that , for the most part, follows the shore-- a beautiful walk. Parking was such a plus-- options both underground and in a reserved space at ground level as well. The apartment was spotlessly clean, appliances all worked perfectly. Thank you Davorka -- your warmth, your hospitality, your snacks in the fridge (!) everything was the best. It was truly a pleasure to meet you !

Boravak u ovom prekrasnom apartmanu uljepšao nam je naš petodnevni obiteljski boravak u Splitu. Prostran, izuzetno udoban, čist i izvrsno opremljen apartman u kojem se osjećate kao doma. Odlična lokacija, miran kvart, dva parkirna mjesta i vlasnica, gospođa Davorka, koja vam je na raspolaganju u svakom mogućem trenutku, čine ovaj izvrstan apartman naboljim izborom za vaš boravak. Absolutely everything :) The apartment is new and beautiful, fully stocked, equipped and clean. The parking space is very comfortable, the building is secure and well maintained. Davorka ( the host ) went over and beyond, we were thrilled. We couldn’t be happier, wished to stay longer:) We’ll be back for sure :)
