The view and location

It has 2 bathrooms, much appreciated for a group of 6; the view is amazing; the balcony is big with sunbeds; 10 minute walk to the beach; it has a garage; it had some suggestions about nearby restaurants and the delivery apps available; very well equipped.
The house gets really hot because it has very good sun exposure. The only thing I would’ve liked better is if all the rooms had air conditioning. 1 room has an AC but the other 2 only have an AC on the hallway that “feeds” the 2 bedrooms.

Lana was incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Location was good, walking distance to the beach and an easy taxi ride into the town. Great value for money for a stay in Split. Apartment is on the top floor with a lift which was perfect with a pram and young child.

The view was exceptional and great location. Host was quick to respond.
It didn’t look anything like the photos on booking dot com. We stayed for 3 weeks and had to ask to get a sheet change and fresh towels. No other service ie. vacuum or mop in the 3 weeks. Kitchen was ill equipped. It is very tired and in need of a spruce up. Sliding door in lounge to outdoor area was impossible to use, so we had to use door in kitchen to get to this area. All three beds were uncomfortable.
