Boutique Design Apartment, Split- Quiet Base Near the Old Town

I've been based in Dalmatia for years and I'm fairly hard to impress when it comes to accommodation. This apartment is genuinely the best I've stayed in on the Croatian coast and I've stayed in a lot. The space is what gets you first. Two proper bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and living area that puts most Split hotels to shame. The marble island alone is worth the price — I worked from it for most of the day and it was better than any hotel desk I've used. The whole place is exceptionally quiet and bright. Yes, it's outside the old town — but that's not the disadvantage it sounds. Ten minutes in an Uber and you're at Diocletian's Palace. You come back to somewhere peaceful rather than the noise and heat of the tourist centre. For anyone staying more than a night or two, that trade-off is absolutely worth it. WiFi was fast and reliable throughout. Air conditioning worked properly. Everything in the kitchen was there when you needed it. The hosts were helpful but not intrusive

Outstanding apartment and an amazing experience! Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a phenomenal stay at this Split apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split, Croatia. From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was warm and welcoming, handled by the lovely host who runs this property. That personal, family-run hospitality immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a truly wholesome and memorable stay in Split. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the supermarket and Split bus station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're arriving from Split Airport, heading to the Split ferry terminal for a day trip to Hvar, Brač, or Šolta, or simply stocking up on groceries. And just a short drive to Split city center, Diocletian's Palace, and other major Split attractions The apartment features two modern and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing in Split. One of the highlights is the private terrace – a great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks with a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment amenities are outstanding – the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, and the bathroom deserves a special mention: the shower was absolutely incredible – powerful, spotless, and truly luxurious. Cleanliness throughout was five-star standard. Excellent value for money – whether you're visiting Split for a weekend break, a summer holiday on the Dalmatian Coast, or using it as a base to explore nearby islands, this apartment ticks every box. We will definitely return on our next trip to Split!
