The bathroom door lock was not working and no mop in the bathroom to dry up.

Liked: Location was great, apartment was clean, bedrooms and living room were as expected, kitchen was very functional.
Did not like: (1) I asked for extra towels and they were not provided. I ended up having to buy a few extra towels. At 5EU per towel, i really do not understand why the owner was so stingy and would not leave a few extra towels when I specifically asked for it ahead of my stay. (2) The washing machine was not working and the owner dismissed my complaints, saying that i need to put it on the spin cycle. I tried every and each setting and smaller load, and laundry came out dirty and dripping wet. The owner never even even acknowledged the problem, never mind apologized for it.
