About this villa rental
This newli decorated apartment is located in quiet neighborhood , near the beach, set 1 km from UNESCO protected Diocletian's Palace.
Holiday Home Aspalathos is 50 metres from a cafe bar, and 200 metres from a grocery shop and a restaurant that serves local and international dishes. Beautiful sandy Bačvice Beach is 300 metres from the property, tennis courts, a yacht marina and a swimming pool can all be found within a 150-metre radius.
The property is a 10-minute walk away from the Port of Split, where is the Ferry Terminal and the Main Bus Station are located. Split Airport is about 22 km away.
The ground-level with its own entrance separate from the rest of the house, fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday apartment was newly decorated just recently and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay.
It has a living room with an integrated open kitchen, and a dining table with four chairs, two bedrooms, one bathroom. The living room has a sofa with relax function, a wide digital flatscreen Smart TV with a cable programs.
The kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, blender for preparing food for children, kettle and coffee machine. Two bedrooms, each have a two single beds size 90x 200cm, each have flatscreen TV with a cable programs, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage.
The bright bathroom provide a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror, and a toilet,
the bathrooms also has a hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine.
A cot is available.
There is also a safe in which you can store your precious belongings.
Free and reliable wireless Internet access is provided in the apartment.
Large glass doors in the kitchen open directly entrance to the beautiful private patio with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
In the garden are laurel, rosemary, lavender, which spread a wonderful fragrance of the Mediterranean. Garden at night is illuminated by a discreet lighting, and it is ideal place for relaxation and rest for the most part of the year.

Very happy with this accommodation. It worked well for two couples. Kitchen well set up and all beds comfortable ( 4 Singles provided). Entry by code and key. Be aware road is narrow so smaller car easier but we managed with a station wagon. Parking straight outside front door.

My family, four adults, stayed at this apartment in June. We loved the location, including the proximity to the beach and the old town area. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The check-in process was very easy with a lock box located outside the gate. An assigned parking space was ideal. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was small, but the patio area outside made up for the shortage of space in the living area. I have no hesitated in recommending this apartment. We loved our stay there.

This flat in Split worked great for our family. The interior common area was a little small, but the lovely courtyard made up for that which is where we spent our time when not sleeping. The beds were comfortable and having a washer was a huge plus as we were halfway through a two week trip.

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid autumn. Everything in the appartement is fully functional. There is an air conditionner in every room which is quite appreciable when the temperatures drop outside. The place is residential and very calm and we had our own private parking. We had been in contact with Snjezana, the property manager, all over our stay who gave us all the details and useful information to get to the address, collect the keys, check out, etc. Split city centrer is just within 15mn walk and there’s a close supermarket for the main courses. In short : we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.
