Apartment Avita

Nice renovated apartment. Kids liked the presence of playstation in the flat. Good location. Walking distance to the tourist area.

Entrance to the building could be improved

We loved our stay with our family of five at Avita. She went above to greet us with some treats upon arrival. The apartment is a 10 min walk to the old city walls and a 6 min walk to a big grocery store(2 grocery stores are on your way back from town to the apartment if that is helpful, the Ribola is nicer). Apartment is very clean and roomy and the kids were super excited to be able to play the Ps5 that was there. Generally uphill when walking from the old town back to the apartment, but nothing crazy. It is on the top of a 3 floor walk up. And there is a parking spot directly in front of the apartment doors, we were able to fit our station wagon in there but it was a close fit. Air conditioning is not very strong, but she provides two fans and ceiling fans so everyone was comfortable. You feel like you are in a cool spot because at night lots of young adults are walking down the street to head into Old Town. If you stay within the old city walls there are no cars, so you would have to carry your bags to your place, this was better and more convenient. Safe neighborhood.

Remember, the apartment is in top floor of the building and it might be difficult to manage going up and down without large suitcases and baby

the apartment was clean and friendly. The host was easy to deal with and replied quickly when we had questions.
