Dalmatian 230m2 with pool and garden near the old Split for families

Fabulous outdoor spaces. Private swimming pool was amazing. Plenty of space, good cooking & laundry facilities. Lovely host. Better than the pictures.

The property is in a great location, walking distance from the old town. We travelled as a family of four and found the apartment spacious enough and spent most of our free time in the outdoor seating area. Pjer, the owner, welcomed us with a lot of sympathy and humor. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. I liked the equipment of the apartment (dishes, utensils, washing machine and dishwasher powder, fresh towels, If you want to be independent, with full apartment amenities (2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with private pool and dining area) Then this is the apartment for you! Beautiful, clean, spacious property, excellent facilities. And Pjer did it with taste. Easy communication with owner Pjer. He was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped. This apartment is located a 20-minute walk from the historic center of Split...Anabella

Pjer was the most hospitable host. He was always there if we needed anything but we had our full privacy. He was very flexible and accommodating on our arrival and departure arrangements. The property was nice and the pool was clean and refreshing on the hot days.
