Robert was excellent, to hand over the keys he met us at a late hour and briefed us with regards to the local area. We were also kindly permitted to leave our bags in the vicinity during our last day as our 6pm transfer was later than the checkout time.

The checkout time of 10am felt soon. Not unreasonable but sooner than might have been comfortable in the ideal world.

Very clean and tidy and had all the utilities we needed

The apartment is not on the beach or beside as pictures suggest. It is bottom floor flat part of a house made into flats. The owner lives directly above. The pictures are not of facilities. The nice place in the pictures with the sunbeds near the water was no where to be seen. It is a apt at least 10/15 minutes up hill from the beach. Pictures are deceiving of location. On a dirt road up a hill beside a hospital. The owner greets you with his book of rules and also tells you if you make any noise between 10pm and 8am that you can be arrested by the police and fined €3000. Not a pleasant way to greet guests. Should have demanded our money back immediately as knew this was going to be a holiday with a control freak above us. Beware of this man who lies and states he has recorded you whilst pretending to be your friend and enjoying a drink with you. All he talks about is how he has had other guests arrested by the police and fined. We couldn't even have a cigarette after 10 whilst whispering and he was giving out about it. We regret not leaving immediately. Do not stay here if you intend to enjoy yourself.
