El apartamento tiene una ubicación ideal, no está en la zona turística, pero en 20 minutos caminando o 10 en coche puedes llegar al centro histórico. Las vistas son increibles, es de estos apartamentos a los que vas y piensas "no me importaría quedarme a vivir aquí". Además estaba todo muy limpio. Martin es muy amable y cercano, nos ayudó con recomencadiones top sobre donde comer la mejor comida local y nos ayudó a comprar entradas para ver partidos del Hajduk, si os gusta el futbol es una experiencia que recomiendo, el ambiente es increible.

No hay ningún aspecto negativo que destacar.

Martin is an exceptionally kind, friendly and patient host. He made us feel very welcome and was always helpful and understanding throughout our stay. The apartment is in a great location, with a fantastic view of the sea and convenient access to Split’s main tourist attractions and local amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Martin’s hospitality. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Split. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough — he is a fantastic host! The only challenge is limited parking space, but is a very common issue in Croatia holiday locations. In. Fact, Martin helped me find the parking space when I first arrived, almost 11pm.

Our stay at Martin's apartment was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Martin made us feel incredibly welcome. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made all the difference. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Split while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing stay. Martin is truly one of the best hosts we have ever met. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, he responded immediately and was always quick to help. His availability and efficiency made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family, and we hope to come back one day.

We liked everything about Apartment Dionis. The host arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, bookings to tours and restaurant reservations. Could not made our vacation any easier. We could reach out to him with any questions we had and he would reply really fast. The appartement has great view over the city, and is only 15 minutes walk from the beach and the old town. The aircondition in the apartment made the temperature perfect when we needed a break from the sun. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make dinners at home. We would definitely book this appartement again.
