Fijne plek, op een kwartier lopen van het strand en een kwartier naar het centrum. Supermarkt om de hoek en prima parkeren.

Zona tranquila, con facilidad de aparcamiento a 20 minutos del centro de Split andando. Alojamiento con menaje completo y productos de limpieza suficientes.

La falta de ascensor en el edificio puede complicar la subida de equipaje si es muy voluminoso

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and ideally located in Split. The host was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. If I ever come back to Split, I will definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you so much!

It was a lovely week at the apartment. The host is a nice man that will be in touch all the time. The apartment was clean and fitted with everything you may need (even the coffee capsules for the machine!). The location itself is also good (classic спальный район like Таирова in Odesa :D) there are two supermarkets nearby, Tommy and Studenac (use first, better prices and assortment). Many bus stations around, you can reach the city center in 8-10 mins easily, we were using bus 18. Walking time to Bacvice and other city beaches is around 15 mins by easy walk. There is an iron, drying rack and hair dryier. Two new Smart TVs! Wifi was also fine. And one thing, there in Croatia building numbers go by every door, not the building itself, so look for the entrance door number, it's marked.

The only thing is, which is not connected to the apartment or the host itself, is the church outside. Be ready for bell-ringing (not everyday, but don't be scared like I was) for 6 o'clock. It is more like for the UA guys, who are sensible to loud noise.
