New, modern building and apartment, elevator (good for luggage, apartment at 1st floor), 2 separate (small) bedrooms, terrace, well equipped (AC, washing machine, small kitchenette and refrigerator etc), very well organised micro-apartment. Parking area. Beach across the road (both organized and free). Walking distance to the center, restaurants etc. A Lidl easily reachable by car. Perfect position (quiet but central) and perfect for a short stay in Paralia. We liked the place and will book again.
If you're looking for a longer stay the space might be tight, read the fine print of facilities provided, it it's there it's there, if it's not it's not (one of those places with no towels or toilet paper provided, thankfully we did not assume anything).
