We were there for only one night.

Property was easy to find and host/owner Dimitris, was very nice and treated us as a family. Clean and spacious house and apartment.

Only thing that can be improved, in the attic appartment, is connected to outside AC unit. It is located in the terrace and than there is not so much space left for sitting. And when AC is turned on, it is not possible to sit on the terrace.

Quiet and peaceful place - close to the beach and away from the noise of the resort. Cleanliness in the hotel is excellent.

We waited 30 minutes in the garden until they accommodated us . We booked a standard studio with two single beds, but they put us in a standard triple studio with a pitched ceiling, which we kept hitting our heads on when we wanted to use the beds.There is no drying rack for clothes and towels after the beach. The bathroom was missing the stand for hanging a shower head..

Good family house. The owner Dimitris and his daughter Elisabeth were very nice and helpful. The studio had everything we needed. It was also very clean.

I had no problems finding the place. It's 5 minutes walking distance from a nice beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, also not far from the center. The owners were very nice and helpful regarding whatever we needed. The balcony had a partial view of the sea. Parking was never a problem. Very clean. Would visit again.

Mr. Dimitris is the best. He does everything for your comfort. The villa is nice, clean rooms, all what you need. Free parking around. The beach is approx. 8-10 min walking. Definitely a comeback!

Friendly owner and staff, wifi ok, big bed, clean, lot of parking space on the road, quiet. The beach is 5-10 min walk or 2 min by car and you have a lot of free parking spots.

Amazing stay in Paralia

Dimitri’s hotel was an incredible stay - he was always available for anything I may have needed, and was helpful for where to visit nearby. The rooms were extremely clean, and the hotel itself was in a great, quiet location, just a few minutes walk to the beach or the main street. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Paralia.

Cearceafurile de sub saltea,erau din cauciuc si tineau de cald.In 7 zile doar odata au facut curat si au schimbat prosoapele. Treptele sunt foarte alunecoase.

Multimim pentru cadou !

Este o locație plăcută cu gazde primitoare....

Paturile scârțâie.... faptul ca domnu Dimitris chiar dacă scrie ora de liniște de la ora 00-8 de la ora 20 seara ne tot făcea semne ca lumea doarme , am fost un grup de prieteni destul de mare dar nu am făcut gălăgie doar stăteam la terasa si vorbeam.... orice zgomot mic din camera se aude foarte tare .... si ne a deranjat mult un copilaș care a urlat tot sejurul....

Un sejur corect

Am fost cazat o săptămână, pot sa spun ca totul a fost super , gazda, un om de extraordinar, foarte sociabil, ca și facilitati, o poziționate excelenta mai ales pt familie dar și pt cine vrea o vacanta liniștită, destul de aproape de plajă, sa zic cam 10 minute mers asa liniștit , totul a fost ok, RECOMAND.

Pereții interiori nu sunt foarte bn antifonati, DAR , politicos este ,, sa fim educați,, netul cam cade, dar e mai bn asa, nu cred ca sunt ceva care sa facă o vacanță sa nu fie ok, deci, RECOMAND.

Studio comodo e vicinissimo alla spiaggia.

Studio molto comodo e pulito, con angolo cottura in cui è presente tutto ciò che serve. Il proprietario è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile e la struttura è in una posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia. I balconi sono davvero piacevoli e confortevoli.

La struttura andava benissimo così com'è.
