Very clean apartment
Very noisy, there is no sound proof at all, you can hear the neighbor’s tv and people talking in the yard until late in the night, even though is 3rd floor and all windows closed.The elevator is very noisy and very audible

It's in a perfect location. Parking in the enclosed courtyard is a big plus, and the elderly residents of the building kept an eye on the car 😀
The bed is big and comfortable. The two air conditioners were a lifesaver in this heat.
There's an elevator in the building—that was a surprise.
The kitchen is rather sparsely equipped; maybe a smaller pot would be nice. The shower in the bathroom could use a little updating. But that's a minor detail.
