for me, the most important thing is the comfort of the bed where I sleep on and that there is always hot water for showering. the bed was very comfortable and water was plentiful. the air conditioning was excellent, the equipment of the kitchen and the kindness of the owner.
there was really nothing that I would list as something that I didn't like.

Very clean and well equipped (especially appreciated the washing machine). The beds were really comfortable, each bedroom also has air conditioning. The location is amazing, just one street behind the beach. Wide balcony with nice furniture. The host is really nice and friendly. Would recommend to a friend.
The water pressure for the tap in the bathroom was a bit low (shower was fine) and the fridge was very weak so we had to keep everything in the freezer.
Also, check out was way too early (9am), and the streets are crowded around the apartment so you have to park far away.
