The first thing - we came four hours sooner, owner sent the housekeeper to bring us the key and we were let to get in much sooner than we should have done it. That was very kind and pleasant for us. A bit problem for us then was we just got the key but no info about apartment. Everything appeared so fast.

Well equipped kitchenette - electric kettle, coffeemaker, frying pan, good nife ...
Elevator in the building
A/C and WiFi work well. TV set - I don´t know we didn´t use it.
Although bad possibilities to park a car, 300 m away there is a large parking lot, probably previous football field or so
Quiet part of the city, but very close Lidl grocery store and some other stores nearby. Beach - 10 minutes, I guess.
And, of course, excellent swimming pool
Owner isn´t present (during our stay - in Germany), everything what we wanted to ask we had to solve by phone.
The same reason - when some kids played hard ball games in the pool and hit the parked car (not ours) there was knowbody who would talk to their parents.
On the other hand, David was ready answering the phone call in every moment and to help us.
In fact, I have got a feeling that there are more owners of apartments in the hotel so nobody is responsible for nothing.
Info for other travellers - A/C works just in moment when both balcony doors are closed. Firstly I supposed A/C ´s broken.

It's new building, located in quiet area of Paralia on few hundred meters distance from city center. Appartment is clean and equipped with everything you may need. There is comfortable terrace oriented towards backyard with pool. No provided parking places but there are severa different l opportunities, depend on season of visit. The owner is very helpful in case some support is needed.
Very small pool, not that convenient for use.
