It has its weaknesses but I would consider coming again.

The overall price-to-quality ratio of the accommodation is very good. We were greeted warmly with a bottle of ouzo and lollipops, which made for a lovely first impression. Check-in was easy and efficient — we were met in person and shown to our room. A shaded parking spot was provided under the building, keeping our car cool throughout the stay. The location is excellent: central, with a calm and uncrowded beach just steps away. Nearby, you can rent bikes or rickshaws, and there’s a great seafood restaurant within walking distance. We also appreciated the flexibility with check-out, as we were allowed to stay until 1 PM instead of the standard 9 AM. The air conditioners were powerful and cooled the rooms quickly, adding to the comfort.

That said, there were a few small issues that, given the price, were easy to overlook. The shower holder was broken, though we managed to keep it upright with a couple of clothespins. The area can be noisy, and if you prefer to sleep with the windows open instead of using the AC, you’ll hear passing buses and have to deal with mosquitoes. Another inconvenience is that the electricity is tied to a keycard, which is attached to the apartment keys — so if someone wants to leave with the keys while another is in the shower, the power cuts off, including the lights and AC. On that note, the air conditioners can’t be left on while you’re away to cool the place in advance. The mattresses were also not ideal: the larger beds were too firm, while the smaller ones sagged quite a bit. Lastly, no towels were provided, which may be stated somewhere in the listing but is still worth highlighting — towels can be purchased for about €5 at the store downstairs. All in all, despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The kind welcome, great location, and thoughtful touches made for a memorable experience, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Clean, nice and cosy...

Honesty, It was perfect holiday...Accomodation was very cosy and clean...We had all what we need...

ok for the money we paid

Very close to the beach. AC. Private parking.

Everything was quite old and some things didn't work as expected. No washing machine. Quite noisy during the night from the street.

Outdated apartment, but close to the sea

The bads were quite big and comfortable. Bad covers were clean and nice. Location was realy close to the sea and the balcony was spacious.

The kitchen was dirty and the dishes (the few you had). Bathroom was old and not disinfected. Only one electrical outlet that was in the kitchen. Without any towels, shampoo, soap to clean the dishes, garbage bags. The apartment is unkempt and outdated.

Locatia este intr-o zona linistita, aproape de supermarket, plaja, parcarea gratuita in fata blocului! Personalul foarte amabil!

In primul rand, apartamentul necesita renovare, nu merita pretul cerut! La baie geamul era incomplet, bucataria este degradata, patul si perna extrem de tari, usile de la balcon nu se inchid, nu exista prosoape de baie, paturile sunt lovite si foarte joase, frigiderul si plita electrica ruginite!

Ήμασταν μπροστά στην θάλασσα και η θέα ήταν ωραία

Το δωμάτιο δεν είναι για να μένει κάποιος πάνω από 1 βράδυ... Το ψυγείο ήταν χαλασμένο,σκουριασμένο, γεμάτο πάγο μέσα και όταν ζητήθηκε να γίνει κάτι με το ψυγείο μας πρότεινε να τα δώσουμε στον γείτονα να τα έχει στο ψυγείο τα πράγματα μας μέχρι να δούμε τι να κάνουμε... Τα παντζούρια ήταν χαλασμένα και δεν κατέβαιναν οι μπαλκονόπορτες δεν κλειδώνουν με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχεις καθόλου ασφάλεια στο δωμάτιο αφού και με τον γείτονα μας χώριζε ένα καγκελάκι... Στην κουζίνα είχε ένα μάτι για να ζεστάνει κάποιος αν θέλει κάτι το οποίο ήταν μεσα στην βρομα και μόλις το ανάψαμε άρχισε να μυρίζει άσχημα προφανώς από παλαιότερες χρήσεις που δεν είχε καθαριστεί ποτέ... Δεν είχε ούτε καν χαρτί υγείας κάποιο σφουγγάρι να πλύνεις κάτι αν θες η μία πετσέτα να σκουπίσεις τα χέρια σου... Καλώδια από τους τοίχους να κρέμονται σε χαμηλό ύψος που μπορεί να το πιάσει και ένα παιδί...Ας μην πούμε για τα κρεβάτια που ξαπλώνει και μετρούσες πόσα σανίδια είναι στην πλάτη σου... Δεν άξιζε καθόλου. αν σέβεται κάποιος τα λεφτά που δίνει για ένα δωμάτιο ας μην το κλείσει.... Ο Φίλιππος πρέπει να φτιάξει αρκετά πράγματα για μπορεί να μείνει κάποιος εκεί
