Very kind host

Outstanding value for the price!

The hosts are wonderful – kind, friendly, and always available for any information. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful location, spotlessly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is located very close to Olympic Beach and the main promenade. We are happy to recommend it!

It's a good place to stay for a low price

We stayed at Frideriki Apartments in Olympiaki Akti and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, a bit small, but cozy and well-equipped. It had everything we needed — air conditioning, kitchen with dishes and utensils, and reliable Wi-Fi. There’s also a nice balcony with a seating area and a view of the street and neighboring buildings. The location is quiet, as the building is away from the main roads, so there’s no traffic noise — perfect for relaxing. It takes about 7–8 minutes to walk to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, they greeted us with fresh fruit, beer, and water — a really nice touch that made us feel at home.

The only disappointment was the lack of private parking. We chose this place mainly because the Booking.com listing said there was on-site parking. Unfortunately, there is none — cars are parked along the side of the road. This should be clarified in the listing to avoid future misunderstandings. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind parking on the street.

Am avut un sejur foarte urât.

Proprietarii au fost foarte reci, ne-au jignit din prima zi, făcându-ne "nebuni" in momentul parcării mașinii lângă clădire și am fost supravegheați la tot pasul. Seara nu aveam voie sa ajungem prea târziu, au fost aroganți și reci cu noi, au avut pretenția sa facem curat în camera. La balcon este plasa de țânțari rupta, pernele sunt tari, lenjeria nu a fost schimbata niciodata( și am avut sejur de 10 zile), nu se asigura hârtia igienica, locuri de parcare nu sunt, iar pe balcon nu poți sa stai după ora 22:30 , deoarece ți se atrage atenția imediat ca deranjezi. În concluzie, am avut un sejur ratat și dezamăgitor pentru întreaga familie și nu recomand aceasta cazare.

Jeder Zeit würde ich wieder bei Frederiki buchen!

Die Vermieterin sprach deutsch. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend- Hund war kein Problem! Das Frühstück habe ich selber gemacht, da die Küche auch einen Kühlschrank hatte.

Ich wäre lieber in der ersten Etage untergekommen. Die Zweite war aber auch OK!

Возможна парковка в тени под деревом, маркизы на балконе, ставки и сетки москитные на окнах.

- нет горячей воды каждый день до вечера, хотя отель заселён на 50%; - нет микроволновой печи как и указано, но минус потому, что обычная плита имеет выпуклую форму, и готовить на ней редкое приключение. - отслеживания хозяином количества и объём выбрасывания мусора в зеленый контейнер, и, вцелом ощущение, что хозяин часто сидит перед входом в здание на террасе для постоянного контроля и надзора. Для меня достаточно увидеть хозяина 1 раз, идеально - ни разу; - нет кухонных полотенец (это хозяин не хочет исправлять); - 1 рулон туалетной бумаги на 5 дней на семью из 3 человек (на просьбу дополнить были посланы в магазин), не видел такого ни в одном бронировании за 10 лет; - течет вода из душа при закрытой шторе по всему полу ванной комнаты. Бонусный недочёт, без снижения оценки,- тихие часы 13:00-16:00 в описании на сайте, на двери входной уже 14:00-17:00. В итоге, непонятно когда же нужно молча спать. Но для семей с маленькими детьми повод задуматься. В итоге, 6 недочётов, которые для нашей семья были критичны, поэтому оценка 10-6=4. Хотя за пункт номер 1 я бы снизил 2 балла.
