Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in Paralia

Paralia ist eine reine Touristenstadt ohne eigenen Charme, aber mit günstigen Preisen. Die Strände sind schön, sehr breit und gut gepflegt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande vom Stadtzentrum und vom Balkon aus hat man zunächst einen schönen Blick auf den Strand, einen kleinen Hafen, aber leider auch auf die großen Mülltonnen eines Restaurants. Die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwarten darf. Das Bad war neuwertig und die gesamte Wohnung auch sauber. Einiges funktionierte nicht. Beispielsweise ließ sich die die Tür der Waschmaschine nach dem ersten Waschen nicht mehr öffnen. Dazu war ein SMS-Kontakt mit dem Besitzer notwendig („Tür nach oben rechts anheben, dann kräftig nach hinten ziehen“: Hat funktioniert). Betreten kann man die Wohnung mit einem, in einem Tresor hinterlegten Schlüssel. Dessen Code muss man allerdings mittels einer serbischen Handynummer sich übermitteln lassen. Ärgerlich ist allerdings, dass hierfür nicht geringe Roaminggebühren (wg. Serbien) fällig wurden. Völlig unakzeptabel waren für uns die Matratzen. Bei den Betten handelt es sich eigentlich um ausziehbare Schlafsessel mit sehr weichen, ungemütlichen Matratzen (Topper). Auch der Umzug auf das Sofa brachte zumindest meiner Frau keine Verbesserung. Vielleicht sind solche Betten für Leute bis 30 Jahre unproblematisch. Wer jedoch wie wir über 60 ist, sollte sich m.E. für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden. So wie wir …, wir sind noch 2 Tagen abgereist.

De vis!

Sejur superb, curățenie exemplară,parcare la proprietate , pe strada,aproape de plajă, liniște în comparație cu alte locații . De pe balcon se poate vedea răsăritul , doua balcoane. O să revenim cu drag. Mulțumesc!

Panica ca e teapa

Este mai mic in realitate decat in poze, relatia cu gazda foarte deficitara, a trebuit sa sun de mai multe ori sa imi raspunda, cand a raspuns mi-a zis ca nu are nimic cu numele de Nera Apartments, ci Nera Apartments sunt in Belgrad, nu in Grecia. Dupa o panica ca e teapa, am mai sunat inca o data si ne-a raspuns alta persoana care ne-a dat cu greu informatiile necesare. E intr-o cladire care se denumeste altfel, iar nimeni nu stie de aceste apartamente. Efectiv, am cautat 30 de minute apartamentele in conditiile in care nimeni nu raspundea la telefonul afisat pe booking, localnicii nu stiau nimic, toti dadeau din umeri.

Mooi appartement bij de haven

- De ligging, alles loopafstand 10 minuten van het centrum, heel veel winkeltjes, terrasjes en tavernas 5 minuten van het strand 30 minuten naar Olympic Akti 2 balkons Rustig gelegen, je kunt de drukte opzoeken Alles goed afgewerkt Overal rolluiken en horen 3e verdieping, bereikbaar met lift Wasmachine

De bedden, mag eigenlijk geen bed genoemd worden. Zijn opvouwbare fauteuils. Ondanks de topper zeer oncomfortabel. Ben uiteindelijk naar de slaapbank in huiskamer verhuisd welke met de topper prima voldeed. In eerste instantie slechts 1 set handdoeken per persoon. Aan eigenaar gemeld dat dit erg weinig was. Na 1 week nog een set per persoon gekregen. . Slechts 1 set lakens voor 2 weken. We hebben uiteindelijk zelf gewassen.
