About this chalet rental

Beautiful detached chalet on 2 levels of 107m2 in the middle of a pretty garden and view on the mountains. 20 minutes from the lake and Annecy by car
The chalet has:
3 bedrooms: all equipped with beds 90X200 with duvets and pillows, baby bed
2 bathrooms: a shower and a bathtub; and 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
Open plan kitchen opening onto a beautiful living / dining room, overlooking a balcony and terrace.
At the bottom, in addition to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom, a garage is available to store your sports equipment, with the washing machine.
A large garden surrounds the chalet with a beautiful shaded terrace and barbecue.
The chalet is in a small village 20 minutes from Annecy, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and 45 minutes from Geneva.

Lovely quiet chalet close to Annecy which is a great base to explore the local area. Its only a short drive from here to the local beaches, shopping and forests. The house itself was clean, tidy and had all the facilities you would want for a family with lots of attention to detail making the stay stress free. The host lives next door and is easily contactable for help if needed but you are very much left to enjoy the peace and quiet and views it offers. Overall a great choice in a lovely area of Annecy.

We had an excellent stay. As other reviewers said, it’s even better than the photos. The house is spacious and has everything you’d need. The views are beautiful and the location is quiet and peaceful. It’s easy to get to Villaz for groceries and food and it isn’t far from Annecy. The host was wonderful and made us all feel very welcome. We’d definitely come back to stay here again. Merci, Nathalie!

We had a very relaxing holiday in the house with relaxing garden. To reach Annecy is 15 minutes. The owner is friemdly and helpfull. A lot of things to do in the area. You can hike a beautiful walk to top of the Parmelan. The house is equiped very well.

The chalet is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and in a quiet rural location. Ideal for our family of 4 with older teenagers who could have their 'own space' on the lower level. Good location for visiting Annecy and the beautiful surrounding area (car essential) to enjoy the host of activities on offer. Small supermarket, bakery & excellent pizza cabin in Villaz, a few minutes away. The owner, Nathalie, is extremely helpful, very quick to respond to any questions and speaks excellent English. We visited at the end of August and the weather was glorious. Annecy was very busy during the day (but quieter in the evening) and the Sunday market was heaving! The chalet was a haven to return to at the end of a busy day.

The chalet was beautiful and well kept, not to far from Annecy center (20 minutes car drive), the host is lovely and very helpful. We stayed at the property during the Annecy animation festival and we were actually sorry we didn’t spend more time at the chalet. We would definitely consider coming back to this beautiful location!

Très bon séjour dans le chalet de Nathalie. Hôte très disponible et de bons conseils sur la région. Grand Chalet qui ne manque de rien. Au calme avec grand jardin. Propreté irréprochable. Idéalement situé entre Annecy et les stations de ski de la Clusaz. Petit bémol sur la literie (lit double avec matelas séparés qui manque de confort) Je recommande ce logement. Adapté aux familles avec enfants.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nathalie qui a pu nous conseiller sur les balades aux alentours. Le chalet est au calme dans un petit village avec une bonne fromagerie, boulangerie et un carrefour expres à 2km à peine. Le chalet est super bien équipé dans le moindre détail et vraiment très propre. Bonne literie. Je conseille sans problème ce séjour.

Magnifique chalet très bien entretenu, AU CALME +++ . est à 15 min du vieux Annecy, arrêt de bus à 50m, équipé pour enfants et bébé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge. Ce chalet peut accueillir un couple voire 2 de plus. Notre hôte Nathalie disponible si nécessaire. Rien à redire. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Merci pour ce très agréable séjour.

An erster Stelle muss man erwähnen, dass der Kontakt mit Nathalie vom ersten Moment an sehr nett war. Durch die zeitweise Grenzschließung wegen Corona haben wir uns über Möglichkeiten ausgetauscht, Urlaub zu machen und haben viel Verständnis bei ihr gefunden. Am Ende war der Urlaub möglich und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Dorf. Der Garten bietet die Möglichkeit zum Ausruhen und Spielen. Im Nachbardorf gibt es alle wesentlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wanderrouten gibt es in der Nähe, die bekannten Wanderwege allerdings sind rund 30 Auto-Minuten entfernt, ebenso auch der See, Annency und weitere Supermärkte. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land - dazu gehört auch ab und an dörflicher Duft oder das nächtliche Läuten der Kuhglocken. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
