Terraced house, 120M2, located in Annecy le Vieux, in a quiet area and can accommodate, 7 people.
Two spaces are reserved for you, and you also have parking spaces, which are collective, in front of the house.
The ground floor consists of, an integrated kitchen, a living room, dining room, a veranda, of 32M2.
The kitchen is integrated and has a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and food bases.
The living room is equipped with a leather sofa and armchair as well as a TV with Satellite channel. You can connect your computer.
The dining room has a table and 4 chairs.
The Veranda is 32M2, it has a table, with 6 chairs and a sofa, it offers a beautiful opening on the garden.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two large bedrooms have a 140 cm bed, the mattresses are new and comfortable.
A smaller bedroom has a 90 cm bed.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a bedside table.
A large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine, a sink, an electric dryer and a wardrobe. It has a French window, which overlooks the mountains.
Roof spaces are arranged and insulated, with a large bed of 160 and a wardrobe.
The 300m2 garden is flowered and closed. It has a table and 6 garden chairs, as well as two sun loungers. children have a sandbox and games for children in the garden shed.
A bakery is 500m away, 2 super market, Casino and crossroads are 1km5 from the house.
The hamlet of Annecy le Vieux has very good restaurants, such as Clos des sens.
The house is located 2Km from Albigny beach, it is on the right bank of the lake, the sunniest, with the beaches and villages of Veyrier, Menthon and Talloires.
You are on the road to the piste and cross-country ski resorts, La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, which are 30Km away.
Geneva is 40 km (30 mm) by motorway, and 90 km from Chamonix, with its sea of ice and the Aiguille du Midi.
