The house (3 bedrooms, 3 double beds), is located on a large flat and wooded plot, from where you can fully enjoy relaxation as well as active holidays nearby (hiking, skiing, caving...).

Charming village with many shops within walking distance in 5 minutes.

Ideally located to radiate in the surroundings, and close to the emblematic places of Haute-Savoie. Some examples:
- Plateau des Glières (many hikes, cross-country skiing, climbing): 15 mn
- Annecy (train station, with daily bus to Thorens: 4 return days from L'au S): 26 mn
- Annecy and its lake (Albigny Beach): 26 mn
- Geneva (airport): 36 minutes
- La Clusaz and the Aravis resorts (45 mins)
- Yvoire (Listed village) and Lake Geneva: 52 mn
- Chamonix: 60 mins...
- Vitam water park in Neydens (30 mins)
Traveler access
You will have access to the first level (116 m2) consisting of a kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. As well as the large garden of 2400 m2 including 2 terraces and the laundry room located in the basement (washing machine).
A large courtyard for free vehicle parking is also available.
The accommodations are completely private, I do not reside in the house when it is rented.
