We had a group of 4 families from our church stay here and it was a great experience. Lisa was great at check in and the property was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our needs. We made the short walk to St. Peter's every morning and took advantage of bus lines as well. We'll definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Six of us stayed in here for three nights and had plenty of privacy. It was surprisingly very quiet despite the closeness of the road traffic and metro. The unit is within a larger building and we felt protected and safe. Great dining options within minutes walking. We would stay here again.

Lisa was very helpful and met us on arrival. Everything was clean and lots of room for our big group. Great location, lots of yummy restaurants close by, and walking distance to Basilica and Vatican. Bus station is right around the corner and 15 min ride to the Colosseum. It is a bit noisy on the one side since the street is right there along with the train. Not much you can do about that, bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more! Host Lisa met us and gave us a great explanation of the neighborhood and how to get around Rome which was greatly appreciated! The apartment provided more than enough room for our large group of 13. The location near the Vatican shouldn’t be underestimated, the view of St Peters from the street just outside the apartment is breathtaking! Would definitely return if we are ever in Rome again. We all met in Rome from different states. This home was a perfect landing spot. It was secure and spacious giving us room to come and go as the early Vatican tour was on our itinerary; it was super easy to get there. We used public buses, the stop is out front of the apartment, made it very convienent. Door man was friendly and the elevator was an asset. A/C worked well and there was coffee for us when we arrived. Could not ask for a better place. It was hot outside so we did not use the cute balconies much but there were a few and I'd love to come back in the spring. The house also had a washer and clothes lines which were handy as 5 of the 12 had been traveling for a week already! I would definatly reccomend you stay here!

The place is as advertised its nice and next to public transportation. The major bus stop is right outside. It is on the back side of the Vatican so to visit you need to walk 20 min around but that keeps it away from the crowds. The internet went out on us during our stay but the owners fixed it quickly. There is no central thermostat the air conditioners are room by room and it took me a bit to figure that out and the owners turned them off when they came in to fix the internet so I had to do it a second time. Also there are quit hours after 10p which I was not expecting. But overall a good spot to stay.

The property was so centrally located ,so close to Vatican when we walked around the corner, there she was in all of her glory. 10 min walk to Trevi fountain. Our group of 3 families was very comfortable in this apartment. Each family had private bathroom, and overall room arrangement worked well even in the evenings when some people wanted to stay up while others went to sleep. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was good. Easy access to bus and regional train stop. Regional train has limited schedule - sometimes it runs every 10 min, and other times once per hour. We had some tours planned that required us to be at Roma Termini early in the mornings and we felt that it would have been easier if we had closer metro stop that runs every 10 min. Nonetheless, we still had very accessible public transportation.

From the start Paolo was very quick in responding to our questions. Location is very close to both a train station and a bus stop making getting around Rome easy. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was appreciated. Lots of room for 8 adults and our 2.5 year old grandson. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed visiting on the back patio in the evening. Bonus was having Paolo arrange private transportation back to the airport on departure day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Paolo for making our stay in Rome so comfortable. Bob

Location was great next to the Vatican. Plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. The only unexpectedly item was a extra fee cash only charge at check in of 3.5€ per person per day, thats was an additional €140.

This property was the perfect choice for our trip to Rome. We had three generations with us and it fit everyone’s needs. Pablo was the perfect host who helped make everything easier from the moment we booked. He helped arrange a van to and from the airport which was a huge help. Upon check in, Lisa walked us through the local area and how to navigate the buses, where to find food and just made us feel comfortable. The area is quiet, the building is quiet and the apartment is spacious. Definitely 100% recommend to anyone.

Accommodations fit our group of 10 very comfortably - 2 families (with teenagers) plus 1 single person. Although the space & beds fit our group easily, it could use a little bit of TLC (ex. door in the kitchen doesn’t close properly) & we did need to purchase toilet paper, near the end of our 6 day stay. Location was close to the Vatican (walkable) & close to the train & bus so easy to get to sights although not super walkable. Great gelato & coffee shop just outside the building though (!!) and plenty of grocery options nearby. Host was also great & helped us get transportation to the airport. Would I stay here again? Despite a few niggly things, I would, for sure :-)

We had a wonderful stay here. They were very accommodating and let us store our luggage for early check in. It is the perfect location. There were 12 of us for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We stayed here 3-4 days before we got on an NCL Epic Cruise. Train station across the street made it super simple to get to the cruise port which is a good 40 minutes away. Again perfect location for sight seeing in Rome. Very clean and very large.

This place was perfect for our group of 7 people. Lisa and Paolo were wonderful hosts and very responsive. They also arranged for us to be transported to/from the airport, which went very smoothly. We walked to the Vatican (very close) and easily took an uber to other locations. If you stay here, you should also eat at Goose Restaurant, which is right around the corner (just across the street). We ate their twice because we loved it so much!

The property is large and did well for our family of 12. The flat is not luxurious, but nice with lots of space and the necessary kitchenware etc. Paolo was very accommodating letting us bring our luggage early. He also arranged for a van to the airport. Great experience overall.

Paolo's apartment worked out well for our family of ten people. He was easy to contact and was responded quickly to questions. The apartment is quite large and could have comfortably accommodated twelve. Having two washing machines and a dryer was a great benefit. Having three showers was a blessing. The location, near the Vatican, was a little off of the tourist path but only caused our walks to be slightly longer. No big deal. Trastevere was only about a 15-20 minute walk. On the plus side, the train station is located directly across the street so if you need to travel, you are only a few meters away. Another benefit is that Goose restaurant is located only one block away. The food and the service were so good that we ate there three nights. Goose was a recommendation from Paolo, by the way. One night, we ate on the large patio in Paolo's apartment. While the decor could use some updating, everything was clean. Overall, I would stay there again especially if I was part of a large group.
