Very spacious room, modern kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine was handy. Staff friendly and helpful when required. Well centred accomodation particularly for colesseum.

The room was huge and clean, walking distance (15 mins) to the trevi fountain. Groceries and restaurants around the area.

The property was clean and perfect location to get access to historical places. Our appartement had two TV's, however the second one didn't work and need to be dumped. The clothes iron did not work, so we ask reception on the first floor then after afew hours, she gave us the new one.

The Monti apartments in Rome was in a good location. Relatively central in location. Good restaurants nearby. Metro and Termini train stations about 15 minute walk so not super close but Rome's metro is not as extensive as other cities like Paris. buses more prevalent and bus stop one block away. Strong AC very nice in August. Full kitchen with utensils, full size refrigerator. Washing machine for clothes so you don't have to pack so much and have more room for gifts to bring back. Elevator worked well if needed. Property staff communicated well via email and had no issues with checkin or check out.

Positives were large clean 2 bed apartment with two separate modern bathrooms and in central location. Challenges include checking poor kitchen equipment and very limited hot water just enough for two people to take a shower and having to wait several hours for it to hot again.

The apartment was large and comfortable. It is in a wonderful area! Walkable to most sites, train transportation, restaurants, shopping of all types! It needs better instructions (and in other languages) for the washer/dryer. The ground floor front apartment was a little noisy in the mornings due to traffic and nearby construction.

This was a great place to stay in Rome. Very centrally located, and everything was very walkable. The place was spacious and a great place to rest after a long day of touring.

Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, we should have been in Rome at 1 PM. When we found out about the delay, we immediately let them know beforehand for any accommodations including the flight information. The only information they gave us was about the late fees, that’s all. They didn’t let us know if someone would be there, how to contact them, how to come in, nothing. We made it to the airport at 1 AM and tried to get a hold of them and no one answered. They called us at 4 AM about the late fee and that’s all. I lost one full day and they charged me a late fee on top of that, no refund or no understanding of the situation, since the flight delay isn’t in our hands. They also make you sign an obnoxious contract. They anre greedy and only care about money.

Ghergana was great host; and the apartment is perfect for familes visiting florence; 5 minutes from the beatiful 4 seasons , and 20 minutes to the doumo; The apartment has been completly been remodeled

Big spacious apartments, location was great. Perfect size for a family of 5 travelling. Walking distance to many attractions. However the master bed was woeful - so bad that we had to sleep on the single beds. We also had to pay for late check-in which, given we've managed to self check in at all our airbnbs, seemed ridiculous and unnecessary.

This property was perfectly located for exploration of Rome. It was perfect for our party of seven. Mia, the property manager, and her assistant were fantastic. They communicated with me very early in the reservation process on up to check in and check out. They even arranged very good transportation to the airport. I was very appreciative of everything about the apartment and the managers. I highly recommend Monti Apartments! You won’t go wrong with them.

The apartment we rented was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms beautiful and it was very clean and welcoming. Three of us traveled (2 adults and 1 teen), and felt very much at home, comfortable and relaxed. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Rome!

The property was perfect for us. We are a family of 5; the children are 2 teens and 1 adult. We had plenty of room. The location is great as it is very close to various sights. The office was very accommodating with helping us get transportation from the airport and holding our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out.
