This hotel is super charming, loved the quirky Italian decor. The staff, although not in the lobby (I think their office is on 3rd floor?), were always reachable by WhatsApp and willing/able to help. The location between the Spanish steps and piazza Popolo was unbeatable.

My mum and I had a magical stay here. Our initial room had a double bed that was too small but we were quickly resettled into a room with a larger bed which suited us better. The location overlooking the villa borghese is near restaurants, grocery stores and is also moments away from the Spanish steps is superb. The only issue of note is there is no 24 hour concierge. So when we had an issue with the air conditioning we texted the number we were given but felt like we were inconveniencing the man who came to fix it late in the evening. It was a small blip on an otherwise easy and lovely stay.

This is an older building in a great location, it is just minutes walking distance to the main square with all the tours and other tourist activities in the old town.during our 4 weeks vacation in Italy, we stayed six nights in the apartment, nice rooms , very clean and room service very every day as your requirements.Five stars!

10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place.

We were in a split-level room that was very comfy and all furniture in good condition, etc. Good lighting and air-conditioning. Minor moan would be difficult to access fridge as door clashed with folding doors 'concealing' kitchen area. The apartments have a shared lounge on third floor with comfy seats, coffee and meeting space. The area is great - lots of cafes and restaurants down side street nearby, although the street it is in is mainly high-end fashion shops. Near to large park with many museums in.

Perfect location between Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo- beautifully restored old building, apartment attractively and comfortably furnished , kitchen not suitable for cooking abig meal since no counter space but fine for morning breakfast or simple meal prep. Great to have friendly concierge service to book taxis and restaurants and help with incidentals.

Much better option than staying at a tiny hotel room for the same price. Perfectly clean, the apartments have absolutely anything you would need. The staff is super attentive and nice and the property is impeccably clean. Highly recommend! The location is fantastic as well!

The experience at Babuino 79 was first rate. It was a sanctuary to come home to in Rome's sweltering heat. Great location, amenities are terrific and if there is a nicer person in the world than Lucky I have yet to meet that person. This place lives up to the reviews. Bed was on the harder side, but we found that all throughout Italy. Highly, Highly, recommend.

We have stayed here many times when we visit Rome. While located on a busy street, the rooms are a quiet oasis from the hussle. Like many rooms in Rome, this hotel occupies rooms within an old appartmentbuilding. The apartments are a good size with small kitchen and living, ideal for making some meals independently. The beds are a good size and comfortable, and bathrooms nicely appointed. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I chose Babuino 79 for our recent week in Rome because we knew we wanted a hotel that felt more like an apartment (but with the perks of a doorman and cleaning service). Babuino 79 exceeded all of our expectations -- dream location right by the Spanish Steps in between gorgeous boutiques, a short walk away from a glorious church and very helpful Farmacia (which made it a breeze to secure those departure COVID tests), right by a large, stunning park and the Borghese Galleries, and just 10 minutes easy walk from the Piazza del Popolo and 15 from the Trevi Fountain. Carlos at the front desk took fantastic care of us (and Sebastian, too!), making sure we had all the bottled water and coffee we could ever want. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in. I'd recommend this place to anyone -- the perfect home for the perfect week in Rome. <3

The hotel is one of the best we stayed in! Very good location, great service, and a very beautiful and well maintained property. The apartment was big, very clean, well equipped, very convenient, so we loved staying there very much. Lucky the service manager made every effort to make our stay great. Wonderful stay in this greatly located and beautiful house at via Babuino 79! We stayed in the apartment with large balcony and jacuzzi. The room was both delightful and clean! Absolutely excellent service provided by staff! Would surely recommend anytime and would love to come back!

This is a really cool place. Rooms are unique and fun. Plenty comfortable and spacious. Location was great. Easy to get around. We used Uber but theres also a taxi line about 100 yards from the place. We also walked back from both Vatican and Colloseum, a little long but under 30 minutes and enjoyable.
