Hi Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful but as we had 4 apartments to "check in" and it was a very hot late afternoon, I did struggle with all the information! When we asked for some fans for one of the apartments Michael sorted them out straight away, which was fantastic in the middle of a heat wave! All of the apartments were clean and comfortable.
The arrangements for checkout weren't clear

Het is een 8-persoons appartment, maar dat is wat ambitieus. Maximaal 4 personen voelt relaxed. Met meer personen wordt het een beetje een 'we-zijn-op-schoolkamp' gevoel.

The location is perfect, very close to the DLR station, London City Airport and the Excel Centre. We loved the appartement, its nice, large enough for 6 with plenty of cups, plates etc. The balcony with view over the water was our favourite and we would definitely recommend it.
Some of the fixtures in the bathrooms are a bit 'loose' and could use some fixing. Everything works and is clean so not a big problem.
