Nice Building with Concierge, very Secure. Lovely location.
Wifi was extremely bad, not acceptable for year 2026 and if you are travelling this is London. Everything else was good and good condition.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Couldn't ask for more. Very well organised and good communication
It might be a tiny bit worn for some people but for the cost and location it was amazing. Esyk Every thing was very clean and the kitchen was amazingly equipped. I would highly recommend for the price. Also there are lots of lovely places to eat just steps away especially the pizza bus, heroica lounge. Delicious!!!

Roomy apartment, large kitchen and bathroom, small balcony with nice view, close to all amenities and transportation, safe building and neighborhood, small grocery store next door
Uncomfortable bed (squeaking and too narrow, while there is space in the bedroom), several kitchen appliances not working (extractor, coffee machine, no salt & pepper, dirty dishes), bathroom needs being refreshed (bathtub mixer tap broken, sink faucet chipped, moldy & swollen bottom of the door frame), living room not very tidy (sofa cushions need to washed, coffee table misses one leg, dining table oscillating), too smelly air freshener (4 pieces - one in each space of the apartment is too much)!!

Location was very good if you are in London for Excel London
Facility has no aircons and directly lacing sunlight during long hours. The heat inside the apartment made my stay very uncomfortable. The windows of the apartment was very dirty. Both of the sinks were blocked. During the check out, I waited almost half an hour for reception guy to open the reception desk.
