Location was perfect and staff very helpful. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable
The shower in the master bedroom was very difficult to control the temperature and could have easily scalded someone. The shower in the main bathroom had no shower head holder. We couldn’t use the balcony as the door was broken.

Great location and easily accessible with public transport and car. The place was exactly as described and a lot of things to visit at your doorstep, on top of that the check was very easy and staff very welcoming

It would also be useful to have a summary of things to do in area within a booklet

Instructions to get key were terrible. No one there. Phone the number from booking.com, no one answered. Dropped message to booking.com, only get the reply the next morning.
Also overcharged me another gbp40 for checking in after 8.30p! I finally get reply on 8.35p.
It is a terrible requirement for checking in before 8.30p for international passengers where flight can delay and get stucked on the road when there was a tube strike.
All the above does not make sense to me. It is just ridiculous.
