Instructions to get key were terrible. No one there. Phone the number from booking.com, no one answered. Dropped message to booking.com, only get the reply the next morning. Also overcharged me another gbp40 for checking in after 8.30p! I finally get reply on 8.35p. It is a terrible requirement for checking in before 8.30p for international passengers where flight can delay and get stucked on the road when there was a tube strike. All the above does not make sense to me. It is just ridiculous.
