I could easily get hold of the owner if i was having a problem, they responded right away.

Uncomfy pillows, too hard. But i was only there for 2 nights so could cope with it.

The view of the river was spectacular and the room was massive! I especially loved the soft comfy carpet, it gave a sense of a home instead of a hotel. Unit is on the 10th floor so it was quiet and so spacious. Everything was very clean and the entire neighborhood felt safe. Grocery story is directly across the street, along with several places to eat. Very close to train station as well. A great stay for a solo traveler, or anyone looking to feel like they are on the top of the world. Wonderful place for the price as well, it was the largest place I stayed in all of London!

There was no sponge or soap to wash my dishes, and only the sink in the bathroom to try and wash them. Also, the electric kettle was plastic instead of metal or glass. Boiling water in plastic is awful for your health, highly recommend upgrading. I think putting in a Nespresso (or some way to make coffee) would be a huge bonus, not having proper coffee while staying in such a nice place felt like a missed opportunity. The door handle is a little tricky to figure out as well, I locked myself inside for a while and couldn't get it open! It is a little unusual to have to collect the keys from a person at the nearby office and then get guided across the street to the unit. You have to set a meeting time instead of having a lockbox with a code. The walk is close by though and it is worth it for the view!

The view and location is amazing, but the apartment itself still requires some work , bathroom is perfectly fine and looks new but the room itself has dirty blinds and the flooring looks very bad . The price is clearly only for the “penthouse” part

The check out time is 11 and if you are more than 5 minutes late they want to charge you 15 pounds per hour , while the apartment is also like 5 min walk with your baggage across the road down flight of stairs and you are coming from the top floor .
