Good location (about 5mins walk from King's Cross), nice common areas, decent bedroom size for the price, room set back away from main road so was a little quieter (especially on higher floor). The (supplied) Fan in the room was much needed during my summer stay.
Mattress was too soft - so I didn't sleep the best for the 3 nights I stayed. Room could have been cleaner - one towel was slightly stained, dust on the tableware (which is exposed on a shelf, no drawers or cupboards) and the odd hair in the bathroom. As other reviewers have mentioned, rooms could do with a bit of freshening up (marks on walls and desk), light damage in some areas, new towels needed.

Good location
Property is quite dirty and was very run down in places, marks all over the carpet, marks and dints in the walls and the bed wasn’t very comfy.
