Very good nice and clean

Nothing at all , everything was great

A pokey subdivision of what must have been an already small place. The bathroom was good and the kitchen was quite OK (no tea towels - that's a bit crazy?), but the living room was entirely pretend - too narrow and largely unusable. The problem with London apartments of this kind (ones specially made for tourist rental) is that there's no attempt to make spaces liveable. You get in there (a random place in a random back street), dump your bags (nowhere to put them), sleep, shower, eat, leave. A better architectural design OR at the very least more thought put into the furnishings to match the design. People shouldn't be almost knocking the tiny TV off the bedroom wall as they squeeze past the bed, or struggling to find anywhere to put their luggage that doesn't leave the living room with no space. The cleaners seemed to do a generally good job but have obviously never been told that they should be vacuuming under the beds. There was rubbish there from months previous (it was Easter-branded). We only booked one night so that was functional enough. I wouldn't want to use it as a holiday base for London touristing.

The lounge was small and no TV

It was normal

The location and also that we need go go to get keys and walk around 10 minutes with luggage to arrive. Also it is not mentioned that stairs are really hard to get to the room with luggage. It can be alsi dangerous to fall down. Location was also not so good.
